Basement Flat & Landlord Clearances
We regularly clear basement flats after tenants leave, including sofas, mattresses, appliances, black bags, furniture and general household waste.
Basement Clearance Costs
Small basement clearances may be £180–£350 + VAT. Medium clearances may be £350–£700 + VAT. Large or heavy basement projects can be £700–£1,500+ VAT or quoted separately.

Why Some Items Cost More To Remove
Some items require specialist disposal routes. POPs means Persistent Organic Pollutants. These are chemicals found in some upholstered furniture and soft furnishings that must be handled separately from normal mixed waste. Fridges, freezers, tyres, paint and gas bottles also need separate treatment.
